@[email protected] Ok, so the way I see those graphs is that the average Chinese is historically hardly responsible for climate change compared to Australia, North America, and Europe. So currently they are importing a lot of coal and turn it into products that are still to a large extent consumed by the aforementioned countries. I don't think it takes any propaganda to interpret this as Australia, Europe, and North America being much more responsible for climate change than the average Chinese.
@[email protected] I would like to just have a go-to database of 1. historical co2 debt per capita 2. current emissions per capita and 3. current export adjusted emissions per capita. That would settle such questions quite quickly. #climatechange #statistics
