I am also known by ThatWasLeftHanded within the one and only DomoTown.

  • That moment when you realize this is a trick question.

  • No. Have you? There's something concerning here if the spotlight in the conversation is on someone thinking there's no difference between subjectively being unable to understand something and something being objectively difficult to understand.

  • Not what I was saying (and why be so objectivist when you don't understand something).

Most things (as in anything you might be thinking of) is relevant to certain points (in the lecture), but most things (as in anything you might be thinking of) aren't relevant to all the points (there are twelve points; most things are relevant to a few points).

  • Most things are relevant to certain points, but most things also aren't relevant to all the points.

  • He mentions flaws in the way people do things which can then be applied to it.

  • Meh, sending aquanauts into the sea sounds cooler anyways.

  • At least they're honest about it.

  • It's amazing you think checking on what someone has said about other topics is something a third party couldn't do.

  • They're confusing/conflating them with me (they've done that with a number of people), so I think I have the authority to say that last part is false (even if they often converse in tandem). Not that it's accurate anyways when factoring in who it's supposed to be about (it's not). It is no wonder people will think otherwise though when they go out of their way to only inquire one side.

  • Star Talk is a serial hosted by Neil DeGrasse Tyson which is kind of like what Hank Green does. He has been talking more and more lately though about the science of humanity and communication. I didn’t know if I was allowed to give direct citations here, but it can be looked up.

As for "Leni", well, that goes back a bit if you've been around for a while.

Everything about Neil DeGrasse Tyson's latest StarTalk screams "I wouldn't like the lemmyverse"

    Anyone notice a logs malfunction?

  • You say that like I wouldn't know that for some reason.

  • Thanks.

  • It's actually one of the few where I've never seen any Social Justice Warriors.

  • Local as in instance-wise.

  • Albeit nothing local to offer. The ones you've mentioned have their own pros and cons too. The one you're associated with didn't see action for a week or so after it was started up, before the poor guy who broke the silence got banned.

  • You say that like I ever said I wasn't Leni (or that OP is me). The original community that had me (in which I am not banned) had shut down and I alternated. Here I am simply mentioning something I can verify happens. I know it's a habit of reactionaries, but I see no need to get hostile towards me simply for existing. Is it not possible to get along?
