The best tip I can give you is stay active. Especially after a leg session, take a walk and don't do it on a Friday arvo where you then sit around all Saturday doing nothing. I train legs on the Monday then I have to be on my legs all week for work, the moment helps push out the lactic acid and stretch the muscles.

inverting shift key function on Windows
I use a few different programs for completion of job cards etc when i do worm and submit reports.
In two of them times need to be submitted 10:30:00 with a colon between the times.
The damn Semicolon is the main key and you need shift to get an actual Colon ; (shift):
I know ita a minor gripe but is there a way to invert this so without shift i get a colon : and with shift then i get the semicolon ;
