  • What's gone right: pulling the dryer out, detaching the duct, vacuuming the floor, sticking the vacuum hose up the duct to suck out as much lint as possible.

    What wasn't gone so well: sucking out a dessicated sparrow and mouse. 😬 I guess my first outdoor chore this spring will be installing a 1/4” hardware cloth screen in the outside vent.
