  • Meh, the German lady that I saw sunbathing topless in Belize was built for comfort rather than speed. And that's perfectly fine.

  • Europeans have a different attitude about nudity. Perfection is not required.

  • Greece in summer would probably be pretty hot. I don't do well with heat, so that lets me out.

  • You can do it, I have faith in you. 😸

  • When I lived in Calgary, I sometimes used to pass a unicycle rider downtown while riding my bike to work. When I moved here, I started riding to work in the first spring and found myself passing a unicycle rider one morning. Then I came out to the bike rack at the end of the day and saw a unicycle chained to it.

"Holy hell! Did he follow me here!?"

  • He looks just like you'd expect.

  • No mention of bear spray?

  • It's a complete renovation of a 50+ year old facility, top to bottom. They had to scale it back a bit because no contractors could meet the projected price with all the things they originally wanted. Now it's over 83% complete and projected to open September 1st.

  • History is made by stupid people.

  • Duct tape was a running joke on the Red Green show, which ran from 1991 to 2006.

  • Do we want to see him explode? It would be fun to watch on television, but I feel for anyone who would have to clean all that stuff off the White House walls afterward. Not to mention the smell. 😁

  • Tastes fine to me. Far better than when I do it with a French press.

  • Most Canadian bicycle brands import their frames from the far East, but Devinci actually makes them in Canada. Now if they would just pick more appealing colour schemes. (No, I don't work for them. I don't own one either, but I would consider it it I were in the market for a new bike.)

  • There are some modern day singers carrying on in this tradition, such as Jesse Wells.

    1. Canada

    2. I'm saddened, because it was once a reasonably civilized place to visit. Had some good trips there over the years.

    3. Yes, the Bush administration with it's "weapons of mass destruction" rhetoric was the first warning sign, but the first Trump term and the pandemic woke me up to how seriously messed up some Americans have become.

    4. Canada and are many European countries are pulling back from trade agreements. We've realized that too much dependence on the USA is risky.

    5. I have pretty much stopped buying fresh fruit in winter since it mostly seems to come from the US. I examine product labels carefully and choose local whenever possible.

    6. I really hope they eventually find their way back from this. I have many online acquaintances who are American and fear for their future.

  • It takes time for Home Depot to assemble that big order of polystyrene stick on ornaments and gold spray paint.

  • My little 4 cup drip coffee maker does this without me having to hold the filter.
