On Dec 27, 2023 I created an EA account for the first time to play JEDI: Fallen Order. I've been playing since and loving it, until yesterday I get an email telling me my account has been banned. I filed the dispute via their form and received a seemingly generic email indicating that after thorough review, they made the right call.
Seems very similar to this xpost. Currently tracing through the path laid out by yet another redditor to escalate to arbitration and/or FTC
