A question for people treating insomnia
Very simply, how long before bed do vape or smoke up?
I’d been successfully treating my insomnia with flower for 2 years but recently when I’ve used it I either haven’t been able to get to sleep or stay asleep for more than a few hours. Normally I’d vape an hour or 45 mins before bed and that would knock me out. Now I find that my mind starts racing around the hour mark.
Mainly wondering how many people use it and then hop straight into bed.
I’ve tried swapping strains, tolerance breaks of a few weeks, and even zopiclone isn’t all that effective right now on the nights I don’t vape.
The downside of outdoor growing
I have random volunteer cannabis sprouts all over my yard, especially here by my compost pile. I stopped counting after 26, which is a felony where I live so don't tell Babylon.

Squishy and sticky. Big ass buds leave my fingers with a sticky tack feeling. Out of the jar this stuff looks and feels great.
Strong kush and dank smells right out the jar with a nice hint of cream. Very nice nose on this one.
The cream smell translates into creamy taste with some kushy goodness and strong cereal milk flavours.
Another great end of day strain for relaxing and chilling. Effects are pretty hybrid leaning rather than flat out indica.
Rolls great, smokes great, smells great, tastes great. I just wish it leaned more heavily into its indica lineage.

Indoor cosmic 23 hydro. The purple color is unreal. I took one hit and it tasted sooo good. All I could think was 'ahhhh, thats good topshelf shit.' Blows the budget flower out of water. Got some diamonds too.
