Rules
AI Art: While we appreciate AI generated art, there are more appropriate communities to post that type of art to. Please keep posts to non-AI generated art only. This rule includes AI art that was then manually manipulated (e.g. drawing on top of something generated by AI).
Nudity: Nudity is and has always been a part of art, but it may be something that some users don't wish to see or cannot view in certain circumstances (e.g. at work). If your work contains nudity, please mark it as NSFW. Work that contains nudity that is not marked as NSFW will be taken down. As long as the NSFW tag is used, we welcome nude subject matter.
Spam: Please do not spam this community. Self promotion is fine if you just want people to be aware of your work, but blatant attempts at spam will result in the past being removed and possibly a ban. If you aren't sure if what you are post

Live model
Live model
Dude! This likeness of the live model was the third best--in my opinion--of the 15+ artists!!! I'm so jazzed. The owner of the studio and a lady who's been there every week were both a lot better likeness than mine. They're both amazing artists and I can't wait to catch up.
Only have a little over an hour and a half with no photo reference is really really hard. I'm doing tippy taps I'm so excited here!
YouTube videos of artists drawing someone in a public place and surprising them with the art is something I've always envied. Getting to this likeness in an hour and a half isn't fast enough or a good enough likeness yet but I'm on my way!
What would bread/bun turtles be called? Buntles? 🤔
Silent Stillness
Own work, Japanese ukiyo-e style, digital watercolor. Kanji in the work is the title, "Silent Stillness" (Seijaku).
While they may look delicious please do not eat the little guys! Decoration only! They do look like banana with chocolate though... 😳
