  • Human psychology doesn't have a standard.

Monogamy is just one of a wide range of social arrangements that have existed all throughout human history, and continue to exist.

Personally, I've been in multiple partner relationships. Are they perfect? No, absolutely not. But neither were some of the monogamous relationships I've been in.

I think the comic is a little off too, and I agree with you about how it portrays cheating, but it doesn't make sense to shit on all forms of relationship that you don't agree with.

  • Wow, there's a name I haven't heard in a long time, I think that just unlocked a core memory for me. While I didn't use del.icio.us heavily, I did feel like there was something super useful about it. In a way it felt way more web 2.0 than Facebook ever did, a true utility.

Nor see, flush against us, living, dying, deciding,

Setting solid feet down on planets everywhere,

Bowing to the great stars that command, pitching stones

At whatever are their moons. They live wondering

If they are the only ones, knowing only the wish to know,

Not letting up, the frenzy of being. I want to be

One notch below bedlam, like a radio without a dial.

Wide open, so everything floods in at once.

And sealed tight, so nothing escapes. Not even time,

Which should curl in on itself and loop around like smoke.

Sooo... are we doing emojis here or nah 🤔

I don't care either way, but I always thought it was funny how reddit was so vehemently anti-emoji
