Unfortunately greed is rampant in the PC market, too.

Well... no. It's pronounced 'Folksvagen'. In German 'v' can be pronounced like an 'f' or like in 'ventilator'.
Hab noch nen schönen Tag!

I think you might like 'Rogue Trader', even if you don't know anything about the 40K universe. Cool story, choices and fights.
Don't worry too much about not knowing the background lore. The game contextualizes a lot in dialogues and even little mouseovers. But be careful, if you like SciFi, you might fall into the awesomely rich and grim rabbit hole, that is Warhammer 40K.
The Emperor protects.

I usually hear them before I can see them, when walking with my dog. They can be really loud (mostly red ones around here). My dog usually doesn't even notice.

In the Gospel of Judas he is Christ's closest ally and understood he had to do his part to make everything happen.

They only got the Predator's mandibles right in the first movie.

This shit has always been creepy. Always. Greetings from Germany o/

Seing how Proto-Judaism evolved (I mean, JHWH had a wife called Ashera?!) and how the Bible's content was chosen should make way more people think.

'I thought we talked about this!'

Because the Emperor protects and Healthcare rejects.

Nobody's business that I've got nothing to hide.

Quick addition: 'Pups' means 'fart' in German. A word used by and around children. Or if you have enjoyed an education.

Neben der Bedeutungs- haben sie nun also auch die Schamlosigkeit erreicht.

And this isn't even Black Phillip's final form.

Ah, a fellow Alec connoisseur!

Wow! Did she take that picture?

Love it! It reminds me of a character in Tool's 'Sober' video. Tool-Sober-video-screencap

Just came here to drop the info: Her reacting to the news of her daughter dying of old age while she was in the Stasis Pod was a deleted scene in the Aliens Director's Cut.

Suka!

'Midnight Mass' somehow completely went under my radar first, but DAMN, that was a great mini series!

Grand Strategy games?
Greetings to all! I've played Total War titles for years and enjoy building an empire. Now I would like to broaden my horizons and am looking for similar games that satisfy this itch.
To categorize: in TW, 99% of the time I've only played the overarching map. The battles themselves are not that important to me.
I am variable when it comes to the setting. I like Sci Fi very much, if there is something there!
Who has tips for me?

Milsim(-ish) games against AI?
Insurgency Sandstorm got me hooked. I've now played over 500 hours against bots and it's still a lot of fun.
Are there any comparable milsim(-ish) games against AI?
- PC
- I'm not interested in PVP
- ARMA is great but for me more cramp than fun
- Ground Branch feels more like a tech demo
Do you have any tips for me? They don't have to be brand new games either.

Which grow box to buy?
Hello all,
I am about to become a gardener as well, but I am a blank slate. Since I live in an apartment in the city and without the possibility of using the garden (balcony is also not possible), I am toying with the idea of getting a decent and large indoor grow box.
However, the offer is quite large and quite confusing. Does anyone have experience with these things? Which are particularly recommended? The price does not matter for now. I'm willing to pay decent money for it to have something neat and durable.
Do you have any recommendations? What do I have to look out for?
