In women's prisons, you will find some women that are there because they sexually assaulted other women. We don't lock them up in a man's prison. Same, if a man sexually assaults another man, he is not going to be locked up in a woman's prison.

    The only reason why we are having these kinds of conversation is because she is trans. It's just transphobia. And yeah, this person did some fucked up things, but guess what? Trans people can do fucked up things as well, whoopty-doo. Shocker. Trans people, despite this common denomination, are people first, trans second.

    We know what happens to trans women in men's prisons. She is a woman. She has nothing to do there. She should be in a woman's prison, end of story.
