Female rappers

Correct me if I am wrong.

Most of the rappers are male. Why low number of females?

Also, share your favourite singles from female rappers.

Raspberry Pi as Bluetooth to Aux converter

Currently have : Raspberry Pi 3 ( running Kodi on OSMC ) and an Old stereo system ( only Aux input ) . I’d like to use the Pi as bluetooth to Aux converter for the stereo.

Any Kodi addon that allows audio output to the Aux output device?

Any advice on setup would be appreciated!

Xclip is awesome ( for copying binary data to text )

TLDR ; Thinkpad BIOS debug log is not in text . Just converted it to text using xclip , instead of using strings, hexdump , xxd tools .

Steps done:

 undefined

$ file bios-debug-log.data
bios-debug-log.data: data
$ cat bios-debug-log.data | xclip
$ xclip -o # Pastes as text to Terminal . Copy the text from there.
##xclip -o > test-file # Pastes the same data to file. Cannot use this

I have ran diagnostic logs for lenovo support , which was saved as data file. ( Found tools like strings, hexdump , xxd from online search which can read the data. ) But while playing with the file, I noticed xclip can copy and paste the data to Terminal app as text! Then, copy the text from Terminal app .

Qn. I guess the data file was encoded to a binary format. And xclip decoded the text content. Is this correct ?

Thanks,

Disable minor roads while zooming out

Qn^

How to disable minor roads while zooming out?

  • Something like counting sheep - but in reverse.

    1. Count down from 100 to 0
    2. Imagine each number ( like you are viewing in a calculator display or in any font you like )
    3. External thoughts may come and go , consistently come back to the last number you have seen.

    I usually wander in external thoughts for .5 or 1 sec and come back to the last number. Then, sleep somewhere between 50-30

    1. For morning time / loud surroundings, use a White noise music. Low volume on a Noise cancellation earphone.
  • Reason for my depression : Life sucks and I knew it, from my childhood.

    I feel better: When I am too busy to think about it. For now, work and family occupies my time mostly. I smile ( = cry ) when I see same depression pattern for my kid.

    Imo, you should actively change your situation ( see a doc, have a hobby etc... more importantly, find positive in even small things )

  • People are different. Even if 10000% perfect matches, there will be issues in between. Just give sometime.

    Multiple solutions are there, like counselling. Understanding each other plays a big role. If you are parents, you gotta hell of responsibilities and less time for arguments.

  • Thank you for this lengthy reply ! Yes, I do have social anxiety. I do try to break it many times but inherently it is there. Without a very good reason, I will keep it in the comfort zone ( lazyness + anxiety , I guess ).

    I may need a set of friends who are not judgemental.

    Do you feel dumb ?

    dumb ( stupid ) : missing the sense in talk ( Sometimes get the sense when re-thought later )

    I do most daily routines and has good relationship with known persons. But, the dumb feeling pulls me back ( eg: "not creating" new friends , not getting another job/getting out of comfort zone )

    What do you "passively" do to overcome this ? Else , what are the active tasks you do?
