Thoughts on a Feed Group Feature?
I'm wondering what you all might think of a feature allowing you to group certain communities you're subscribed to into groups. So like, if you wanted a news group you could put in c/technology, c/news, etc, etc. And then you could switch to that group feed whenever you want just content from those news communities. Would this be practical? Possible? Would anyone use this?

https://www.fortinos.ca/en/store-locator/details/0055 this seems to be the page for the store listed in the Matrix server description. The Matrix description really makes this seem like someone is doxxing her tbh.

I've heard of Dark Castle as Stevie Floyd is the now ex-wife of Jef Whitehead who's my favorite musician period. I haven't actually listened to any of their stuff though, maybe I should give them a try?

Couch Slut is awesome

Arch Enemy fucking rocks. Angela and Alyssa are both badass and are probably my first time seeing a woman do harsh vocals like that.

Women in Metal
Inspired by this post, I wanted to make a post asking about your favorite metal bands with women in them and maybe your favorite release from them too.
For me, that'd be Crypta. They're a Brazilian Death Metal band made up of only women. Their Shades of Sorrow album is absolutely incredible with some really mean vocals and great riffing.

Thanks, this was very helpful. I'll make sure to try this when I get the chance.

Theoretical Welding Question
If I were to, hypothetically, want to weld my asshole shut, how should I go about doing this? Is it even possible? What might be the repercussions of doing this?
For context, I have zero experience in welding and the human anatomy so any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Lol, I had the thought someone might take it that way.

Any other weird quirks you wanna share? Maybe something to do with your anus?

Hoopla seems okay for people who listen to a lot of mainstream stuff. I've never actually heard about it before now or used it so everything I say is just coming straight out my ass, but, it seems their library is very limited. Orpheus has a very extensive library with almost everything on there having a lossless flac version. It's still nothing compared to Soulseek, but as long as you're into bands/artists with more than 5 listeners in their lifetime, you'll be able to find everything. It all just comes down to what you're looking for though.

They hate rich people. That's completey unacceptable in this day and age. If you're not thinking of the 1%, you're thinking of yourself.
Edit: Oh wait, it's not my job to educate you. Nvm.

Ren and grandson are very problematic

For a lot of people, it's a community thing. I'm a member on Orpheus and they have a lot of great community stuff like Album of the Month, user made scripts, tutorials, forums, etc. They can also have a lot higher quality content and moderation because they're so "exclusive". And, for music, a private tracker is gonna be 100x better than a public one or Soulseek.

I did the same exact thing. I sat with the feet covered trying to find signs of it being AI and then I scrolled down and saw the feet.

Learning an entire new layout isn't as hard as it sounds. I just went cold turkey one day and changed all my devices over to Dvorak and it took me about a week to be comfortable and maybe after a month I was faster than I was on QWERTY. It's so much faster learning to type once you're already fast at another layout.

Low bar

Yeah, just make sure you read up on the study material and understand it all well enough. I believe they hold interviews during the weekends and the wait times vary throughout the weekend but for me I had to wait about 3 or 4 hours before getting an interview.

OPS is pretty easy to get into. The wait times for interviews can be long, but much much better than RED. The actual interview is pretty easy too imo. Just make sure to read through the interview prep.

This would depend on the distro you use. Most distros will require you to enable a non-free repository before you can install anything that isn't Foss or open source from the official repos. You could also use an FSF approved distro. Keep in mind, the FSF will only approve distros that don't include any non-free anything in the official repos. Besides that, you just have to know the licensing before you install it.

Dude! I just got an email that my OneDrive is being deleted! I didn't know I even had one...

This game impressed me so much by the time I finished it that it immediately became my all time favorite.

What if Reddit reverts it's changes?
If Reddit were to revert it's changes to 3rd party apps would you stay on Lemmy or move back to Reddit?
