I mean, when even people on Lemmy (who are supposed to be a bit more tech literate and stuff) insist that the solution is cutting a couple 2 letter words from your search query to make everything much shorter and efficient, are you even surprised?
I've been thinking for a while that people seem to be getting dumber and it might actually be true I don't think that it's a coincidence that fascism and other forms of conservatism seem to be on the rise pretty much everywhere in the world.
Yeah, I'm not one to catch these sorts of things and even I had to read that twice because the phrasing seemed weird
I just tested. "Angelina jolie heat" gives me tons of shit results, I have to scroll all the way down and then click on "show more results" in order to get the filmography.
"Is angelina jolie in heat" gives me this bluesky post as the first answer and the wikipedia and IMDb filmographies as 2nd and 3rd answer.
So, I dunno, seems like you're wrong.
GTA/RDR? Shooter where you're not pressured to do much, explore at your own pace, shooting but without the "stress" of doom or something similar. And no need for quick aiming or whatever. Pretty chill game to learn controls in, imo.
Oh, that's awesome! It didn't when I switched from it to boost, otherwise I would've stuck with that.
Based on colour and texture of some of the fruit, I'd guess strawberry on the left. It feels like I can see those like seeds or whatever that strawberries have on the outside
Ah, dunno about that, sorry. Been using it for a few years, since it was also a reddit app and I just paid for the ad free version
Boost' user tagging feature has made my Lemmy experience so much better. The tag pops out so it's the first thing I notice before even reading the reply so I know to prepare myself and not take it seriously if it's tagged as a troll or whatever. Easier than remembering who said what in previous posts.
Glad to hear it :D
Abzu? Dave the diver, maybe? Dredge?
Or, this might be a might more out of left field or maybe completely stupid and not at all what you had in mind, but what about coral island? You don't get to experience the water surface except when fishing or doing other stuff on the shore. But you get to do stuff on the bottom and there's mermaids and stuff.
Stardew valley with a tropical island vibe. So definitely fun and immersive. Definitely more adjacent than something like sea of thieves or black flag or subnautica, but I feel like it fits better than just cause 3, imo
Towerfall
Gang beasts
Overcooked 2
Broforce
Or taking turns in 1v1 games
Depends which mozzarella they used but it seems about right. Over here I can buy a pound of real mozzarella from buffalo milk for 10€. If it's cow's milk, it drops to 3-4€. Same if it's the dry, shredded kind. And since it's not a protected thingy like champagne, you can make it anywhere, no need to bring it from Italy. It shouldn't be more expensive in the states
I don't think it's recommended that you eat a whole roquefort at once. The Ferrari even less so.
Yeah, my bad, shit example.
Technically, I think they're different. Flammable means that it can be lit on fire, like wood or something. Whereas inflammable means it can catch fire on its own, like gas, for example.
Edit: after some googling, it appears that my source was shit and should be disregarded. They do indeed appear to be synonyms. And also, I was thinking of gasoline. I think I was thinking of the "gas pedal" and that threw me off.
Awesome game, but I'd feel bad stopping so soon. I'd forget half the stuff by the time I got back to it, I feel
Move? It's always been a migration with these games. That's why they try to schedule their patches to not coincide with other similar games' launches/patches.
But yes, very excited!
Yeah.. I felt that. Hard. I need to actively tell myself it's not worth wasting so much time. Other times I just can't be bothered and I mindlessly waste time checking everything cause it somehow feels like less work.
Yep, keep talking in those stinky languages, Mr Mayan.
