playable on linux?
Anybody able to play this on linux ? I am getting ready to switch over and this is one of the few multiplayer games that I was thinking might not work.
who are these international and ideological competitors ? What happens if they develop it further than for profit corporations ?
To me it seems like for profit corporations themselves are our international and ideological adversaries.

Stun Gun
The latest stun gun has already been bad for killing people imo. It was only good for stopping cashout steal, often if you stun a dude its just a warning for them to turn around and smoke you, you are often better off just gunning them down right off instead.
Compare stun gun effect vs receiving full flashbang effect. I guess flash is harder to land on a target than stun, but the disable on that is far far stronger than current stun gun effect. If they really don't want people to be killed with it they should make the effect break on damage maybe?? longer cd i could accept also, but honestly this version has been fine i think
never got to play this, but I have been playing Dune: Spice Wars which has been pretty fun. Might not be that similar but Dune universe is excellent for these type of games for sure.
An incredible port, plays amazing on mouse and keyboard.

I promise you it is not a matter of personal sacrifice buddy, immigrants aren't stealing our jobs/wages; Our employers are already taking care of that. If anyone is going to be sacrificed its gonna be the owner classes.
I think this idea that immigrants are to blame instead of those who are exploiting them is a fear/anxiety based on resource scarcity, but it fails to account for the artificial nature of that scarcity.
Our world has been, and is being, plundered by capitalist interests that throw us some crumbs to keep us docile. And like a starving dog we snap and growl at anything, anyone, who might take our share even without conceiving that our masters are the ones who've stolen from us.

HOTS is actually an amazing MOBA for people who don't like MOBAs in that it eschews overlong matches (usual like 20 min), it has simplified itemization, decreased emphasis on perfectly farming your lane, etc. Definitely better game than people give credit for.
It's pretty fun, but its very much a MOBA. Matches usually take too long(30+ min), csing/laning is not really enjoyable (to me). The potential for massive power differentials based on items and balance. The shooting mechanics are pretty simplistic, though seeing how the game actually works (as a MOBA) that is probably a good thing.
It will be good probably for people who are already fans of traditional MOBAs with these elements. I'll play occasionally with my friends. Needs more heroes
They actually do let you rebind most keys, and they do also have a setting that changes the button prompts to keyboard buttons though I recall it being sorta hidden.
The keybinds are mostly rebindable though actually? I play on mouse & keyboard with basically completely different setup than default.
From Soft PC ports definitely rough, though they have gotten a bit better each release
