My first language isn't english sorry if my writing is not on par with yours. But no i didn't know this was ironic as some people in this thread seemed to be serious about it. I do understand there are problems with how things are now but AI wouldn't fix much, maybe it would help for a short while but then it would all go up in pieces.
Search capabilities need work...
This may be more of a client-side problem but the searching capabilities of mbin as a whole are so dreadfully bad. whenever i need to find a person or a community i first try fedia for good mesure yet most of the time it's not worth it as it doesn't show me what i want, afterwards i go into lemmy or mastodon find the thing i was looking for input it into the url and only then can i follow the person or community. And for apps like interstellar it's even worse since you can't input an url so you have to do it by logging into the browser version first. It's even harder to find people since for whatever reason magazines isn't showing them at all most of the time and the people option doesn't include a search option so your best bet is using global search for a chance that the specific person has been tagged in a post somewhere in the abise... Sorry for the gramatical errors btw. Oh and you can't follow hastags in mbin from what i have seen and tried...

Using stars as a way of deciding if something is better is such a weird way to prove your rightness. And i personally don't like that you have to self host. Ente has it as an option and it's easy to do but that's all i want it to be as with any service, an option. If you want to host photos for multiple users while respecting their privacy Ente is a better option. Photos are end to end encrypted, it means that only the person that uploaded the photo can see it (unless they shared it to someone else), not even the admin of the server (you) can see their photos. A problem with Ente tho is that the client has to do the work where as immich does it on the server so it's faster and stronger. No, i'm not paid by ente to post these, are you tho?
they both have their pros and cons, immich is still in very early development and lacks some neccesery features in my books. thx for the suggestion tho

I hate the way most of the ES fans talk and think about this. I see where the frustraition is coming from but for the most part all of the hate is baseless, you all act like you have seen even a pixel of it. Yes the last few games were not their best to say the least but i belive they had a reason for most of the fumbles. While sometimes it was just plain "we need more money" other times itwas a bit more complex with how starfield was a passion project which they made to test out the limits of their game engine. it was never supposed to be a ground braking game just a way to monotize their testing while giving the hungry fans something to play with while they wait. There is no solid proof or reason to balive that TESVI will be trash. It may not be as good as skyrim in some aspects but i belive it will at least surpass it in some other ones. Another thing which bugs me is people being angry at how long it takes them to make it while you know they did projects in between, would you reather a buggy unplayable mess now or a fully flashed out game a year or two later. The best thing to do is wait and see. Don't make it harder for everyone to be excited. I may have missed some things in this post so if anyone wants to debate me feel free to reply!
