    The fact they're confirmed to exist, audited by closed door experts and trialed through a legal system is all that would suffice in a working society. Now, is the US a good example of a functional country? No, not at all, but "releasing the videos" does nothing.

    Again, we already know they're pedophiles, releasing the names is enough, you don't need to watch the actual videos. If people aren't revolting now, it's not from a lack of explicit CSAM recordings.

    It's bizarre I even have to explain this.

  • A lot of the data is composed of child abuse videos though, not evidence the videos existed, the videos themselves, so in that regard I do expect and hope they're never publicly released.

    But yes, of course, everything else was withheld or censored just to protect the abusers, and those do need to come out, we just don't know the exact ratio or numbers as being shared by this article.

  • Sulfur causes that effect on silver, and it can happen slowly when exposed to humid air.

    You can magically fix it by boiling water (must be boiling) then placing a sheet of aluminium foil in a container, placing the spoon on top of the foil making direct contact, them sprinkling some salt or sodium bicarbonate and pouring the boiling water on top. You'll see it start bubbling, and the bubbles will smell like rotten eggs.

    Leave for fifteen minutes, you're done. But again, boiling water, this reaction requires a lot of energy and warm water won't even start it.
