If anyone happens upon this question, I got an answer:
Severe Concussion: This operative always suffers the penalty to the Ballistic Skill characteristic of its ranged weapons as if it were injured.
Seems like no to me it says 'as if it were injured' and u cant be injured twice since injured is a binary status you either have or not.
Are the "severe concussion" battle scar and actual injuries cumulative?
If an operative has the "severe concussion" battle scar, their WS BS is penalized as if injured. If that operative falls below half its wounds in battle, is their WS BS penalized again?
