  • I think https://charliefoundation.org/ is a good intro

    I recently did another round of keto. It was very easy to search up starter diet plans, and recommendations (and plenty of folks will sell you their goods and services ) and just start doing it.

    There will be an adjustment time at the start , look up keto flu. It's mostly just being grumpy.

  • I'll add, Listen to stand up comedy or a funny podcast while driving. Your brain will eventually associate annoyance with humor, and everything irritating becomes a chance to make a joke. Made a difference for me after years of sitting in traffic.

  • Kat Williams does a bit about haters, that if you have haters you're doing something right, and you should collect 2 more haters by Friday. The attitude is like... "I know I'm fabulous, but you do you mister jealous"

    Adapt it to be relevant, if you're wearing a Shrek t-shirt or whatever, own it. If they keep going ask the friends of they like the bullys boring shirt.

    This l takes the attention away from what the bully is saying and is not directly confrontational. Make sense?
