It would probably be harder but not impossible. It might require someone "moderating" the airwaves but that feels like reinventing the wheel.

I think I'm not savy enough to follow along with most of them. I get a "rest of the fucking owl" feeling from a lot of them
I think they would be run better if the users had a say on how they're run, so we could all probably use it.
