this thread has all the jams in it. random mention: Ultima Online specifically UO Outlands private free server. it's unreal how gorgeous the game is still to this day. styled graphics/prerendered age so so so so well.
i just finished a playthrough of bg2 maybe three months ago? game is so good.
more modern game, but pillars of eternity 1&2 are stupid good too. the atmosphere/setting of poe1 is unparalleled and the voice acting of both is the best in the business.

second hard break up i kept them in my life as a friend. big mistake, whatever. honestly they were just using me for company until soemthjing else better came along. whatever. i was at a music festival with them and the festival was fucking wild and fun but they were so pissy the entire time. i was like, "wow this person actually sucks holy shit."

been watching streams of people paying/playing this new $50 remaster and i'm just.... why? OG is eons better still - caveat being you need just a few QOL mods. and it's not a, what, 120gb bloat with, imo, worse graphics (though admittedly i'm a sucker for janky oldschool 2005 graphics).
