  • Kind of. The US won't collapse due to its debt, but the dollar will be devalued as money is being printed to pay it back.

    This is why Democrats love deficit spending. They get to obscure the true cost of social welfare programs and ensure that workers foot the bill instead of the people making everything so expensive.

    It looks like this simply allows faculty to inform parents of their child's transgender status, not requiring them to do it.

  • We need to raise their taxes to compensate for how much control they have over the system. For example, we can't just increase the minimum wage because businesses will raise prices, often beyond whatever additional spending power was given to workers.

    The reason why taxing our rulers isn't palatable is because we're stupid. Until we climb over that hurdle, we shouldn't expect things to improve.
