As much as people act like they don't need contact with other humans, it has been shown to be absolutely necessary for mental health and brain health.

One day it will reach 5%.

Well it does have a major impact, less cars -> less congestion -> less polution. But it has to work in tandem with other changes such as lowering driving speed increasing public transport network with emphasis on network, mandating tighter control on polution. You could say that the bicycle lanes are an indication of a change in attitude towards car only transportation.

Although it is good that they added riding bicycle lanes I doubt that is the only reason for the lowering of pollution.
Not only do we have electric and hybrid cars, due to euro standard combustion engines have become a lot cleaner during the same span of time. Plus public transport has also become a lot better during that time.

Well the year of the Linux desktop will have to wait a few years considering Valve time.

WAIT, isn't that the flag of Luxemburg? The blue looks too light for the Dutch flag or the French flag.

I still remember watching the news as a child right after the tsunami of 2004 and seeing the death toll rising day by day.
It is only going to get worse with climate catastrophy barely being addresed. Hunger and water shortage is only going to increasr the frequencies of wars and pandemics. Which will result in more and more extremism.

The Spanish Habsburgs.

I agree with you on that one, but since we do not have official support we will have to get by with the hard work of the community.

Was the logitech mouse not supported by libratbag (backend of Piper)?

Same in Dutch,
"Vijf voor half vier"

It is a move to decouple from the USA for critical infrastructure. They don't want to be in a similar situation as Ukraine in any potential conflict. Where the USA just says we will no longer allow you to use our computer chips for war with Russia.

I was getting some meh results with DuckDuckGO so I switched to Qwant and started trying it instead.

Well it is both funny and depressing to follow someones descent into madness.

Need some helps with backing up files.
Hi, As stated in the title I need some help backing up files, specifically my PS1, PS2 and maybe PS3 games. Which external disk drive that works with Linux would be recommended for this endevour? Thank you for your time.

Personally, I think you are probably stuck with Windows for now, since I imagine you really don't want to learn a whole slew of new programs (that might or might not do everything you want) in my very uninformed opinion.
Internet connectivity should be mostly fine but that can depend on hardware sometimes.
Gaming is in general not a problem if you have Steam, Heroic, Lutris, Bottles and Protonup QT. But look into ProtonDB to see which runs and which doesn't.
But for much of the professional software it will become a hassle. You could look into CrossOver by Codeweavers (a paid version of Wine) and see what compatability that brings. But for the most part I think you would probably have to setup a Windows Virtual Machine with GPU Passthrough.

Thank you for your awnser, the reason I asked is because apperently the road and mtb cassettes are different length.Due to these types of complications I got lost.
I just saw for example that the group set might not be compatible because they are for mechanical disk brakes and only certain rim brakes are compatible. So I might be even further from getting the parts than I thought.

Looking for help with bike conversion

Edit: I want to thank eveyone for their generous help. I ended up getting the Advent X groupset and got it installed. Although I still have some tweaking left.
I have a Triban RC100 and am looking to convert it to 11 speed. Seeing as I had a budget, I found Sensah Srx Pro and Shimano Rs100 wheels. That was when I got stuck.
I am looking to have some lower gears that would work offroad so what cassette would be compatible?
Thank you for your help.

I got stuck when looking at parts.

I got as far as choosing the Sensah Srx Pro and the Shimano RS100 wheels. But got stuck after that.
Which cassette would be compatible with both and what chain length would I need? I am looking for something that gives me some offroad climbing gears.
Thank you for your help.

No clue but they do exist. Here is an older German news report https://youtu.be/gfGqZzAdzyM?si=a0djmd50-clPc_so

They have allready spread to Germany.

Just to be pedantic, this would be a dick pic pre-camera.

Yes kind of, they still have a minimum speed people need to adhere to.

Something is seriously wrong with my desktop.

I am pretty sure I pissed of some eldritch deity because I have been chasing this laggy feeling I had with my pc for 2 months.
But in the past few days my desktop was getting very slow during installationand general use. At the same time my HDD activity indicator would be on all the time. Turning off the pc would shut it down and a few seconds later restart.
So I switched out Fedora for Pop OS and everything went fine for half a day and the problemen came back again.
When turning off the pc, right now, I got what you see in the picture.
So I would like to ask do I need to hire an exorcist or is hardware borked in someway?
Any help would be greatly appreciatie, so I would like to thank anyone even willing to look at my post.
EDIT: Well for anyone still interested, apparently it was something in the 6.5 series kernals that made my pc behave weird because with 6.6 kernal all of the problems vanished. I want to thank everyone again for all the suggestion and help diagnosing my proble
