  • And the constant warmongering in the middle east.

    The U.S. was never good.

  • There’s nothing wrong withwith WiFi 6, you can do perfectly fine transfer rates with that. It’s all up to Nintendo. The 3DS and Switch didn’t need to be limited to dial-up speeds but that’s what we got.

  • Foresight? This has been going on for several months.

  • Vad är det för brunt?

  • Yeah! Why the hell should they benefit from our public infrastructure if they don't pay their way? These are the actual parasites on society that the right wingers always claim to be so worried about.

  • Was thinking perhaps Rosetta Stone, they're old and well-established, and while I've not read through their privacy policy on account of being dead tired at the moment, at a glance it looks digestible.

But then I noticed that they don't do Danish.

Though maybe we're too app focused. Denmark has some really good children's books authors, H.C. Andersen is classic, most people probably know him through his work "Den Lille Havfrue", or at least the Disnep adaptation, "The Little Mermaid." For pronunciation my favourite method is singing and mimicking. I enjoy the mouthfeel of other languages, though admittedly Danish is incredibly difficult as the sounds are so different from Swedish.

  • Waste of silicone. I shan't type out what he really deserves because of the rules, so let your imagination fill in the blank.

  • Ooh. Perfection. 🥺

  • The 3DS and original Switch had terrible WiFi performance. I hope that’s sorted with the Switch 2, particularly given the extremely premium price point on it.

I don’t get how it costs almost as much as the PS5 Pro.

I got the original Switch, but honestly if there’s anything on the Switch 2 I’ll want to play I’ll probably just emulate it.

  • Permanently Deleted

  • Swedes do this with Spain. Then they complain that it’s not Swedish enough. Hella weird.

  • Yeah. They keep doing that. Sweden is very gung-ho about fucking up privacy.

  • As a lifelong vegetarian I can’t stand these products. I can’t view meat as food and trying to make food look, smell, and taste like corpses is a sure fire way to make my stomach turn.

    It’s disgusting.

  • Thank you. Tried visiting the archive page but it blocked me and ironically enough wanted me to solve a captcha that’ll be used to train “AI.”

  • This is nice. More usage of open source projects is good. Maybe it’ll rub off, and eventually RISC-V will be usable for everyday applications as well.

  • This is true. It’s really quite revolting that we pay taxes to fund animal exploitation.

  • It’s kind of bullshit though. Plants have a shorter process to get from harvest to shelf than any animal product.

  • Amazon is barely a thing here in Sweden. It’s niche drop shipped garbage for the most part, very similar to Wish and the like.

They have some non-garbage stuff at the same price you find elsewhere.

They also don’t do logistics here. Utterly useless company.
