There has been no VAT on books in Norway, including e-books, since 2015. Norway scores very high on books read per capita, about double that of Denmark.
Switched to Vivaldi from Brave (private) and Chrome (at work) on both desktop and mobile a few months back – not going back.
For me Vivaldi is better in all cases.
