There's nothing wrong with AI, these contextual problems are not a mistake--they're a choice.
AI can be trained for deeper analysis and to root out issues like this. But that costs compute cycles. If you're selling a service, you want to spend as little on compute power as possible while still being able to have a product that is viewed as good enough to pay for.
As with all things, the root of this problem is greed.
Why would he care? Who is going to do anything to him? Dude did Nazi salutes on stage, ain't shit happen but offense.
Could he just perhaps pull a reverse card and go un-crazy? Do something useful instead of just making everything worse?
Huh? Richest dude on the planet did and nothing bad has happened to him. Sadly, it appears to be 100% ok to go full Hitler anymore.
If only these people would go FULL Hitler and finish themselves off (sooner rather than later).
I've had this happen a few times. It's such a relief when shit is jammed back to the walls. They did it at O'hare once, shit was crazy in there and they're all like, "just gtfo, don't blow anything up" everyone came stomping through the metal detectors. Not sure if it was related, but they had just sent sniffy dogs through the lines so maybe they planned it? I mean, I don't think the dogs can smell a knife, but I am not a dog, so I don't know for certain.
I don't think he has any advanced warning, he probably just is on vacation so much, the odds are in his favor that he'll be out of state when something bad happens.
When you're a useless lazy piece of shit like him, of course you've fucked off to anywhere else but where the work is.
You speak truth. My way to quietly fuck up this system has been to hire good people, not assholes. I pay them as well as I can get away with, I treat them well. I never yell at my staff, I show them what I want and I make things clear. I refuse to believe that work has to be this miserable and I encouraged all of my people to do the same. The managers I hired to run other teams also worked this way so that anyone throughout my organization were treated well. I had ONE fellow quit in the last year but that was only because someone offered him a fat pile of money. Otherwise my retention rate was damn near 100% which is unheard of in cyber.
I genuinely love the people that work for me. Yes that sounds crazy, but after a lot of reading, thinking and soul-searching, I'm comfortable with saying that directly to the people I work with. I do not use that term in a watered-down way, I mean it in the same way that I would use it to describe one of my (actual) brothers. I don't weird people out by saying "thanks I love you" at the end of 1:1 calls, but I do say it to the entire team. I see what they do, I see how hard they work, I see the sacrifices they make when they get called out for an off-hours incident. I know how hard that shit is because I've been in their shoes, I know what it's like getting a stupid automated system calling you at 2AM because something just blew up. Hell, even though I lead the teams, I still get calls like that, but it's usually one of the team calling me in because they're in over their head and some other boss is chewing their ass. I join those meetings and swat down the assholes, refocus on getting shit fixed.
I told them constantly that I appreciate everything they do. I had so few opportunities to put my money where my mouth is because of the imposition of so much bullshit. Bonus or merit increase time, these companies love to wrap it all in so many fucking dumb rules, it makes it impossible to reward people as they actually deserve. I typically get a bonus pool and a merit increase pool. Both are fucking tiny. The cunts in HR host a useless call describing how we should cut it up and no matter what company I work for, they all do the same thing. They put the burden on us and say stuff like "you should reward your high performers" so that we're forced to fuck anyone who doesn't qualify. However, when we're hiring, they tell us "only hire high performers". I hire quality people and I don't bring in people who aren't worthwhile--so now I'm sticking excellent people under the bell curve because some useless HR drone who doesn't know shit about shit has decided this for me. If I were to cut the pie evenly, everybody gets dogshit for increases. Try telling your staff something like "well, you got fucked this year, but next year, I'll pay you back and fuck someone else".
Maybe I'll just buy myself a hotdog cart and sell drugs out of it, might be more steady and less risky.
Shit like this is published only to set the bar even lower than it is today. It has no other purpose as they know most intelligent people will not read anything but the headline. They just inject this dogshit into the collective consciousness so that they can normalize a type of work that is a little better than indentured servitude.

I give up (pissing and moaning)
I am so tired of worrying about work. I'm talented in my field (cybersecurity), I've come up with some pretty amazing solutions, I've maintained excellent working relationships with people that matter. I did all the things you're supposed to. I went to graduate school, got a degree that directly relates to my work, even went the extra mile and got an extended degree with a focus in law and digital forensics. That added almost a solid year to my five years in grad school. I gave up nights, weekends, family gatherings, time with my then infant sons. I busted my ass and made the most of it. I've hunted down good jobs, worked my ass off, given my all on so many occasions. First time I got stung was in the middle of a huge all-weekend technology migration that I organized for over 100 people, my then boss told me that the company who had promised to hire me off of my contract had decided not to. I broke my back turning that whole effort in and he sat there on a sunday night in a conference
Stop playing, we all know that nobody wants Toledo.
Or press the +30 button and bask in the glory of food cooked for 39 seconds.
I'm in the current Ohio. Under no circumstances should we be granted any additional territory.
In fact we should delete Ohio by giving some to Pennsylvania, some to wv and some to Kentucky. Nothing to Indiana because fuck that waste of space.
Soooo, when in Rome?
Middle of Ohio. Wealthyish Republican enclave. I can't wait to move the fuck out of here. I did not plan to come here, just trying to make the best out of circumstance. As soon as the kids are up and out, I am fucking GONE.
With so few sold, why the hell are there soany around my neighborhood?!
Oh no, I live in douchebag central.
I have avoided most of the open map apps because they were a lot immature. I hope this is the one that will get me off of gm.
One thing that is still awful is voice navigation. Since I'm using graphene, there are no built on tts engines. I can use something like RHvoice but it is beyond awful. Sounds like a bad impression of Stephen Hawkings voice box. Open source (local) tts engines for android are a lot nonexistent or bad.
Oh yeah I remember that show, that was the one where I was standing behind a billion people all with their phones up on the air making a shitty recording that is dark and blurry with terrible sound.
Aah memories.
tThe scary part to me is the imbalance of power and how few are aware of it. Yeah we have a bunch.of guns around here, but how many people actually can use them in a meaningful way? How many would know what to do if THEY were being shot at? Handful of retired vets, some people with a little training, but few have ever experienced active combat.
Never mind the fact that money is the real deal breaker. Government has drones upon drones. They have satellite imagery, cameras all over the place, they could easily shut down phone and internet connectivity as well as power. Collect phone data off of a certain area, set up a perimeter and use everyone stupid phones as a tracking beacon. Send in some drones for visibility some for strikes and push in military to clean up what's left.
Thats the thing nobody talks about. Going from our current pseudo-democracy to totalitarianism is little more than the flip of a switch by a crazy old man. They are under the illusion that it can't or won't happen. It 100% can. Nobody gives a shit about the nowhere places like great plains states, it would happen in major cities and surrounding regions. Take over, set up checkpoints. Once under control, sell them off to billionaires who would enact all their crazy control fetishes. One for zuck, one for theil, bezos will want one, maybe musky. Some people will escape to the useless regions like the south, central states or whatever, nobody will bother too much. If some sort of resistance grows, drop a few bombs to remind them that they're being watched. Cut off food, energy, blow upna few bridges and roads wait until winter.
I'm sure multiple versions of this have been modeled out within the military intelligence groups. Nobody is coming to save us. The rich people dont give a shit about this country, they only care about themselves. Nobody in the military is going to stage a coup, they would not stand a chance anyway and it would be a death sentence for anyone they know or love.
The only hope is that the crazy old bastard dies before he really decides to go full Looney toons. Its clear who runs this country; they always have but now they are no longer content to own an absurd amount of it, they want it ALL.
The lead brained boomers are the ones who need to see it most.
There is little value in preaching to the choir.
Give buny?
Perplexity says:
The priest cannot be left alone with the child (or there is some risk).
Not bad, and it solved it correctly.
