A very badly put together squad because of executive ineptitude.
New owners.
Little to no management structure.
No coaching staff.
Probably more money than the rest of 90% of the league.
An excellent cohort of talented young players and some aging solid performers.
...Anything could happen at this point but most likely is probably a decade of mid-table ineptitude.
