It's a slow role out, I believe it's supposed to be available to everyone by end of may. But I do believe it can be turned on in the about:config page. Not sure what the command is though

If you select single player online from loading of save data it will let you pause, you can even add pause function to the item wheel/bar

Just a heads up some cut scenes can't be paused.

Other option is to reset default apps.

Same, boost layout is just so clean. Sad I couldn't keep my ad free existence from the other app but guy deserves to be paid.
