  • Was just using that as an example. It would be great to see a Linux device with this capability. I have played around with a few Linux phones and convergence was a feature that received attention so I think there's hope.

  • Agree. Sometimes I want a tablet, sometimes a laptop but I don't need or want 2 separate devices of that size. I recall quite a few Android projects (Mirabook, Project Linda) that would use a phone with a laptop dock but I'd prefer a phone as a standalone device and a secondary, larger & more powerful, device that can have multiple forms.

  • I commented on someone who seemed to think that millennials wasn't the correct generation because millennials must have grown up watching Seinfeld. Many did, but many didn't. I know many people around my age that didn't watch it so it's fairly safe to assume that people who were 2-4 years old when the show ended might not have seen it, even re-runs. Remembering it and watching it enough to have an opinion on it are two different things.

  • This looks amazing. I've been looking for restaurants that have these but am coming up short. Some places have pictures of them but nothing on current menus. Hoping I find somewhere. (US, Seattle area)

  • My problem with the downvotes and the criticisms is that they don't provide any proof or comparison, they simply say that it's biased and wrong.

At the very least you should be linking examples and comparing against other bias checking sites.

For instance, I immediately disliked biasly.com because the rating system is -100 (Liberal) to 100 (Conservative). I've only compared a single site so far but the rating system alone makes me inclined to believe that the site is biased towards conservative views.

  • Do you have any examples? I'm not arguing against your statements. I had found services like this to be helpful for US news. I'm interested to see how this falls short and use that information to investigate better alternatives.
