First, where are you going to find a 8% treasury bond? Even a few months ago, when they were giving record yields, it didn't even get close to that.
Second, if you borrow $3m with high interest rates (needed to get high yield treasurys) you'll also pay a high rate on your loan. Duh.

Most only have 2fa via sms. When you talk about using an authenticator app people bitch and moan because they have to cut and paste those digits into the login page. Oh, the humanity...

I've worked extensively with both virtualbox and kvm/qemu. While I prefer kvm since it's open source, I could never reproduce the video performance of virtualbox. I'm not even trying to game, just use regular applications that I cannot run under Linux.
I wonder if I'm missing something.
