  • Better question would be to ask who is and who is not a criminal? The wealthy murder thousands everyday by hoarding their wealth and denying the population healthcare, but they aren't in prisons at all. Instead it's the poor, those who can barely stand up for themselves, primarily because the rich fear the poor more than anyone else
