The contractor has since acknowledged the mistake and is working on resolving the issue. Read more at straitstimes.com.
Toasted but I do deviate from many here by preferring butter (French, salted) with jam (French, often strawberry). Much as the British crumpet is the best bread product, I will bow to the supremacy of French accoutrements.
Good weekend, although lots of tidying up and getting ready for some building work. Spent some time down by the river over lunch on Saturday.
The week was busy - we are over stretched at work and I could do with more people!
They addressed it in the comments on the article - basically they are worried about being sued by Meta if they make copies of the post. Walled gardens are like that so I can see why they are cautious - however I’d prefer they at least included a separate link so you could KNOW it was linking out to Instagram.
There is a picture - it’s an Instagram embed
I’ve bought Kernow Chocolate for a few Christmas gifts before - it’s really good: https://www.kernowchocolate.co.uk/

Underrated reference.
Truly awful name!
Irn Bru 1901 is that - and it’s caffeine free. The only irn bru I’ll drink now.
Definitely could be interesting - the cable mess is one of the biggest problems having multiple consoles wired up. Old transformers are less than fun to use too - many of them get quite hot and the cabling on some of mine are suffering from old age with the sheathing coming off.
Please excuse the screenshot of a video but this looks a lot like an optical sensor. I’ve seen a lot of internet “experts” covering this and the general consensus for now is optical sensor too.

I will always upvote Kung Pow!
If it’s backwards compatible with digital software then yes, day one. I held off on the Switch for over a year, just long enough to get one without vulnerabilities but not long enough to get the higher efficiencies.
Not while it has denuvo.
If you haven’t tried it, Touch My Katamari uses the back touch screen and it’s quite fun. I agree it’s really not needed but occasionally someone does something fun with it.
This is pretty standard for US companies in general.

People in the Thai city of Samut Prakan are scratching their heads over a newly renovated bus stop where concrete was poured over the seating area, resulting in the seats being level with the ground.
How is that rate possible? My UK (Octopus) electricity rate is 23.44p/kWh. The energy price cap is 24.5p/kWh. There cannot be anyone out there offering a price of 6p/kWh - I suspect you are looking at your gas price (where 6p/kWh would be about right)
That would depend whether you took a day off sick or just… a day off. If it’s a day off then you can spend it however you like, but I agree it can cause awkward questions if you are off sick but are seen.
That’s revenue, their profit was closer to $4.6bn which, whilst a big number, is a margin of under 8%.

Hello Reddit refugees and greetings to the Fediverse!
Hello and thank you for being part of the Fediverse experiment. This Community is run by some long term Discord and Reddit community members - as this is a whole new world it's possible many of us have different names - I am LordWarfire from both Reddit and Discord and wanted to welcome you to this new place.
Please make yourselves at home and let us know what you'd like to see here and how you found us!
For anyone who found us via the Fediverse - this is a Community for the town of Reading in Berkshire, rather than for the thing you do with books. I know, it's confusing. We even pronounce it differently - welcome to "Redding" :)
Thanks!
