Android to-do list app

Hello everybody, I'm looking for an android app for my to-do lists that combines these criteria :

  • FOSS
  • allow me to put several labels on my tasks like "administrative", "DIY" or "to read"
  • allow me to filter my tasks depending on labels.
  • nice looking if possible

Do you have some recommendations ?

Thanks a lot

  • It's perfectly fine if you are beginner/intermediate. Remember to stay close to muscular failure (if your exercises form is safe), keep a progressive overload and take rest days/deload weeks. Don't hesitate to do some variations in your training : more or less volume, more or less intensity...

  • 5 exercises is amply sufficient. For aesthetics, frequency is more important than quantity : it's better to have 2 exercises 2 times per week than 5 exercises 1 time per week (if your sets stay close to muscular failure of course).

Is it possible de change UI on desktop ?

Hi everybody, I'm new to lemmy and I was wondering if it is possible to change UI design of lemm.ee on desktop ? On my smartphone I'm using Eternity, which is perfect, and I saw a nice layout on desktop called photon but I don't know if lemm.ee support it.

    Thanks a lot

  • I'm currently working in cardiology so it's a little bit out of my scope. 😬 It doesn't seem to be well studied but you can find some informations here. Have you ever consulted a physiotherapist ? They are more specialized in pain management than exercise physiologists.
