GrapheneOS posted this on Mastodon about a month & a half back:
In addition to what others have said, it can be downloaded from the Accrescent app store:
Automatic high beams are a new hell. I thought people were just retarded until I hired a newer car recently. Then I realised what everyone else was doing... trusting faulty technology, and possibly being lazy in the process.
Ha. No. Just standing.
Re: sitting down, I've experienced (more than once) an unpleasant dampness soaking into my shorts/trousers from the seat fabric. I stand unless I have no choice.
Guess it depends on the games. I have no games in my collection that won't run on Linux, either natively or via Proton. The only games I'm aware of where there are massive issues are ones incorporating certain forms of anti-cheat software.
The visor in that suit's helmet probably just shows ads all the time.
I'm still trying to work out which end of the turtle Trump's head has poked out from.
I would suggest trying a new game without the food & water need. It really lets you focus on the plot. I also needed to look through a few YouTube videos at various points, because some things aren't obvious or are easy to miss.
The bezels were already pretty large on the LCD deck.
I've never understood buying a car on credit. My car's 17 years old now. Bought it when it was 8 years old. Insurance is €390/yr.
Hopefully no different from life now.
15k on what exactly? They just painted the wooden doors of the old units purple.
The cookie options on that site are fucked up.
Steam Deck + noise cancelling headphones.
I haven't worked out the sleeping part yet, but will be scouring the comments here for ideas.
Many thanks. This is one of the post series I'm enjoying following the most on Lemmy right now.
Has it ever been 'playable'?
Was hoping to see this in the comments.
Looks like he's initiating the five point palm exploding heart technique.
The notification piping intrigues me. Maybe I'll give it another go on my next device.
Recommendations for a FOSS Cross-Platform Note-Taking Application
Up to now I've been using Simplenote, which has a Linux client (but also Android & iOS) & supports live collaboration on notes. However, Simplenote hasn't had a meaningful update for a long time, & it's recently been behaving strangely, e.g. notes undeleting themselves, line duplications & undeletions.
Can anyone recommend an alternative? Spinning up an ownCloud/nextcloud instance just to use Joplin feels a little overkill. I stumbled across turtl, but the project looks abandoned.
Left-Leaning Online Local News Source for Cork
I'm shortly going to be migrating to Cork. I'd be grateful if someone could point me in the direction of some 'left' or 'centre-left' online news sources for Cork. Preferably with RSS feeds.
Bird ID
What’s that bird? Just answer 5 questions, snap a photo, or record its song!
A lot of people probably already know this exists, but for those who don't, there's an awesome app that tells you what birds are around from their calls/songs. It's called "Merlin". You can also give it photos to ID. I usually leave it running in my pocket or hand while I walk around my local RSPB reserve.
What's this screen for?
I'm not sure what this screen is for, but it doesn't currently work.
Feature Request: Use a different colour to indicate the usernames of OP and you in the comments
It might help a bit. I remember Infinity used to do this.
