As a Google Maps alternative I could recommend Osmand and Cartes.

It's always better to fix yourself if you can. Anonymous notes are not always looked at unless you've really put a good explanation. If you just wrote "wrong toll booth location" it's probably not going to be fixed indeed. You can share your notes link here if you want and maybe somebody will fix it seeing it here. If you don't have an account then contributors can't ask follow up questions either...

You can always add any restaurant to open street map so that it comes up in Organic Maps of course. That's what I do most of the time when I can't find something on there. Streetcomplete isn't a bad android app to get started if you've never contributed to OSM before.

Ayant été en voyages scolaire à l'ère téléphone c'est assez impressionnant de voir la communication sans arrêt avec les parents parfois. Je me souviens du article du monde où y'avait un groupe whatsapp de parent qui avait fait déprimé l'institutrice...

Dans le cas d'un voyage scolaire, où l'interdiction est toujours valable, le collège doit mettre en place un service vocal où les parents doivent pouvoir y laisser des messages.
