Hypothetical Scenario @hilariouschaos.com
Kevin @hilariouschaos.com

You get $25,000 a week but twice a week, you're abducted by aliens just as you're leaving for work. They'll do weird experiments on you and then drop you off at work two hours late.

Your boss will be fine with this but will make you stay two hours afterwards to make up for lost time.

Alternative Tools to Skopenow for Social Media Investigations

Does anyone have any alternatives to Skopenow that they can vouch for?

I have mixed feelings about it given the cost per search/report and the trial run I did revealed some missing or mixed up information.

I know with OSINT that's bound to happen, and it still found a lot that I didn't, but I've read mixed things about the company and their product recently.

If anyone has anything that I can look into, please let me know! My primary use would be for social media investigations.

Looking for something that can automate the process of social investigations/streamline it for my team, but also with accurate information.

Cost isn't a massive concern so long as the information is solid and the company is reputable/ethical.

Are people actually scared of eating out alone?

I recently stumbled upon a video discussing how many people feel uncomfortable or even anxious at the thought of dining alone in a restaurant. The idea seemed to be that sitting by yourself in a public place, surrounded by groups or couples, could trigger feelings of self-consciousness or awkwardness. I found it interesting and wondered if this is a common experience. Do a lot of people really get freaked out by the idea of eating alone in a restaurant? Have you ever felt this way, or do you think it’s perfectly fine to enjoy a meal by yourself?

Is Chivalry Dead, or Just Evolving?

Chivalry has long been a topic of debate. Some argue it's an outdated concept that reinforces gender stereotypes, while others believe it’s a timeless display of respect and kindness. In a world striving for equality, where do we draw the line between traditional gestures and modern values?

Have we lost the essence of chivalry, or has it simply transformed into something different? Is it still important for men to hold doors open, pay for dates, or offer their coats? Or do those actions come off as patronizing?

I want to hear your opinions! Do you see chivalry as an essential part of relationships today, or do you think it’s time to move on from those old norms?

What’s a moment when you were in the right at the right time?

We’ve all had those rare moments when things fall perfectly into place—whether it’s stumbling upon an opportunity, witnessing something amazing, or avoiding disaster by pure chance. What’s a memorable time when you found yourself exactly where you needed to be, right when it mattered most?

You can catch a ball you throw

Kind of a strange sentence so I’ll explain further. Imagine you have a baseball that you toss in an arc. At any point you can activate the power to teleport. The location you arrive at will be one where the ball will strike your palm in the next fraction of a second. Hence making you “catch” it.

The power cannot activate if the ball strikes a solid surface, or if the space you are teleporting to is not empty.

Additionally, the ball must be propelled by your hand directly. Balls hit with bats or rackets do not count.

The ball itself must be at least 2.5 grams and have a density of at least 0.08 g/cm^3. That’s roughly the measurements of a pingpong ball, for reference.

“Ball” here does not mean perfect sphere, only a roughly spherical object. A lemon would count, but not a frisbee, for example.

Finally, no matter your orientation when you begin the teleportation, you will always end it standing upright. That is taken into account when determining if there is enough empty space to t

Feminism Has Ruined Men - Good Luck Finding a Decent Guy Nowadays!

Oh, feminism, what a glorious revolution! Women fought for equality, and what did we get?

A generation of men who are either spineless wimps or entitled jerks. Seriously, feminism has gutted men of their masculinity, leaving behind a bunch of whiny, insecure babies who wouldn't know how to fix a flat tire if their lives depended on it.

Remember when men actually took pride in being strong providers? Yeah, good times. Now, thanks to feminism, we've got dudes who are too busy questioning their "toxic masculinity" to bother being decent partners.

Instead of chivalry and strength, we're stuck with men who think wearing a "This is what a feminist looks like" T-shirt is enough to win a woman's heart. Spoiler alert: it isn't.

High-quality men are practically extinct. Feminism has turned men into either doormats, terrified of offending anyone, or overgrown children who can't handle a real relationship because they're too busy crying about how "hard" it is to be a man these days.

So, la
