I wanted try it and downloaded their app. I was very surprised to learn they require Google Play (services) to function and that alone is big red flag to me.. As well as Microsoft Store? Although I love the look of old cars getting a modern facelift, I still don't get the appeal behind all that screens or digital gauges... I never liked the look of them, they're touchscreen, thus hard to use while driving and way too 'smart'. I don't want or need all the nonsense modern cars have today.. I just want a car that I have control over dammit.

Completely agreed, there are die hard fans in the Graphene community that recommend nothing else than Graphene. Though, most of them just take security serious whereas others may just be looking for cool features and such, aha. One thing I loved on my OnePlus 7 Pro with crDroid was the amount of actual good and useful features it had. Things like: hold power bottom to turn on flashlight when screen is off, just made things so much easier. Now - on the Pixel 9 Pro XL I have to turn on my phone, swipe down, press flashlight and fail to do so 2 times. But - security. Everybody their own opinions, aha.
