I'm writing it for my kids, who enjoy the spurce material. There will be mo erotica, since it's PG-13 at worst.
The story can't really be divested of the source material because it takes parts directly from it (like 100% of the world and 75% of yhe characters). I'd have to do serious tweaking to make it standalone.

It's not the amount of taxes, it's where the money is going. Big oil and car companies spend millions lobbying the government not to build or fund rail.
Is it possible to make money off fanfic?
Obviously, fan fiction cannot be copyrighted or sold because it's a derivative work of licensed content. I know all of the legal bits regarding the direct profit from the work itself.
But are there any other methods for generating even a little money? Is begging for Patreon or some other tip service the only option?

It's definitely a psychological issue where these games are designed to slowly bleed their players without them noticing. The most I've ever spent on a gacha was $40 over 6 years and I regret that so much. It takes a wakeup call and education to stop people from being suckered in.

A survey taken by Harvard's Center for American Political Studies and Harris between April 9-10 found that 72% of Democratic voters supported politicians like Sanders (I-Vt.) and Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.), "who are calling on Democrats to adopt a more aggressive stance towards Trump and his administration and 'fight harder'," rather than leaders who are willing to "compromise" with President Donald Trump.
