That's pretty much what I said - I took some time off for my family. I was getting called 3-4 times a week between 6pm-5am, often times not being present for them, so I had to make a change or risk losing them. I got the job and don't get called at night. Win-win all except for those 4 months without paying and stress of resume rewrites and a million applications.

A remic is an investment vehicle, where banks and lenders package home loans into securities for investors. So they are mortgage backed investments which are attractive because of their tax advantages. The banks or lenders have 90 days from inception (of the remic) to properly transfer loan documents to the remic. If they don't and they foreclose on a home, the borrower or their lawyer may discover the late or non-existent transfer of the documents and challenge the lender. The lender may not be able to prove ownership because of this and they risk losing tax advantaged status which (as stupid as this sounds) means they may not be able to legally foreclose at all or be compelled to work with the borrower on a short sale or other alternatives like principle reduction. In some cases courts have sided with borrowers and stopped foreclosure entirely. This was a big thing in the 2008 housing crisis.

So this person is rambling and sounds crazy, but there are some potential benefits to a borrower if within 90 days of foreclosure the loan documents aren't transferred to a remic. So they got the details wrong, but there is some hope if documents aren't transferred properly.

I make album covers for my just-for-fun band every February when we record an album (single in this case) as a part of RPM challenge (record an album just because in the month of February are the rules). It's the 17th year we participated, and the first time I decided to borrow a design for the cover. Made this in MS paint and it was a lot of fun. Thanks for posting it.

I went from a Chromecast with Google TV to an onn. Google TV 4k pro, which has been miles better. But I wouldn't think the streamer being included with a pixel would be to combat that specifically. I'm guessing they just get more ads to more people with the free box.
