It was on my last phone and at that point there was no way of completely disabling it. It was the main motivator of getting a new after trying but failing to change OS. Im happy that they added a possibility to completely disable it by now

It didnt matter what was in the app for me, it was a notification on my lock screen that said "Activate live lockscreen" that kept activating the screen from dark.
Reading what other users write about the app its targeted ads.
Edit: the "live lock screen" seems to be made by Taboola so not even a Motorola authored app
Motorola forced "Live lockscreen" with no possibility of removing. If disabled it reenabled after some time. Only consider motorola if you plan to change OS
And pray that its not a supercheap product that messes up handshakes. I got a unbranded powerbank from a cousin (temu or something) that pulled enough from her 95w charger to melt the housing before the power brick cut power
If you think about it, its Norways fault for not pressuring the commité to give Trump the Nobel peace prize. As Trump said, lacking the Nobel prize forces him to no value peace above other considerations. /s
Braille interpreters (think a row of nubs that raises up the relevant letter as it "reads" the page) used to have issues with some webpages unless you accessed them via text based browsers. No idea if they still struggle as much but text based browsing will always have a function and place
