I stepped outside for a very short while and moved some stuff around. My tee shirt is now rather sweaty.
Lol. You ummmmm, not a big fan of our politicians then I take it.......
Good shit regarding postal voting. Trumpet of Patriots ? Jesus let's hope they lose by an embarrassing amount. Having said that I kept saying that about trump last time on Reddit. I'm very very sure that the Trumpets won't get far.
I was working down NSW last year when it was voting time so I managed to do the phone vote. It's a small process, I hope I'm now eligible to do that again.
Same. Wonderful news.
Here's hoping that something substantial is found, no smoke without fire. Having wished for that, will anything come of it though.
Well that and if only he had been honest about what his intentions were when he was running.....
Mine too to be honest and I'm in Australia. News travels far.
That's rather good. I once lived fifteen minutes past Lismore in the middle of nowhere. Our small dog stopped going outside at a certain point, we had Wedge Tailed Eagles sometimes fly over and I wondered if he had been spooked.
For sure. I asked my workshop manager yesterday if there were any people going in during that three days. He scowled and said yes three. There was a 74 year old working there until recently and he would even work on Saturdays. I don't get it.
Absolutely. And yes each time they get released from the pound there's a hefty price to pay.
Cats are fine indoors if that's all they know.
And yes "cat lovers" are not necessarily "animal lovers".
A nasty storm came out of nowhere on Saturday afternoon, it was rather noisy. The morning kept us pretty wet too. My mate borrowed my neighbour's mini excavator. He stopped it after using it for about ten minutes then it wouldn't start again. After a bit of running around from both of us getting the right tools from both our houses we established that the starter motor is stuffed. So the excavator is sat in a garden until we source a new starter motor.
Woke up to a very sad sight yesterday morning. I have plenty of Curlews around my place, and I've been lucky to witness a chick growing up. I found it dead right outside my house. It was a fair few months old and over half grown. A bloke across the road is a "cat lover" and looks after two.......that roam around all night. Unsure if that's what's happened here. I mean if a cat was going to attack it would more likely go for it while it was small I reckon. Anyway, I unceremoniously dumped it in my wheelybin. Not great I know. So sad.
Yes we need nice breaks at times. I've booked off three days between Easter and ANZAC day so I get ten days off in a row. Our workshop manager encouraged this and lots of us have done the same thing. I get paid as a casual so no pay, but that's gonna have to be fine.
100,,% agree
I did not see the invite
Hmmmmm, there's a good name for that other Gulf that's been renamed recently. Oh shit noooooo
Well a Dutch oven can be say, a van full off pot/weed smoke, so that's not such a bad thing. Unfortunately the other type isn't something I'm enjoying in my mind, even with diapers on.
Lol. Well I was actually meaning the air we breathe, but let's not give him any ideas.
Thank you. I am currently having lunch for half an hour until 11 am, and we finish at 12 on Fridays, yay. The mate that I'll be travelling home with enjoys a beer or 70, and we will probably pick up a six pack on the way home. I'm feeling fine now so that's good. Cheers.
Wht the F dies it have to be called "The trump train" ? Jesus, what next ? trump air.
I have never seen so many downvotes on this platform. Also why do you write such nonsense, do you truly believe that or are you simply trolling ?
Also, you are a big silly.

Wanna play a game ?

Where is this ? Oh and It's not in Brisbane central so I might be breaking a rule here. Sorry.

A pleasant selection of pics.

My phone makes these collections. Pretty cool I reckon.

Sunrise on Russell Island.

Not perfect, not bad. Just a pic.

A pleasant pic from the Bay Islands.

This is from about three years ago. My phone keeps showing me memories, so I should share I reckon. Cheers.

Blue Sky in the morning.

This is how it looked. No filter, taken with a cheap Motorola.

4:20 am somewhere. Bayside.

No filter. No doctoring. Taken with Motorola phone. Cheers.

This happened today in Australia.

I thought it would be brief but this pic was taken a couple of hours after the first one that I took.
Life urm........

I have to admire the survival skills of this Prickly Pear. How did it get there. How is it still alive ?

A recent early morning photo of the moon.

This was taken just after 4 am. I don't love mornings too much but at least I get to see this kind of thing on occasion.

Earlier in the week. The sun looking a bit odd.

The sun appeared between the clouds and the land but it didn't show up like that in this photo. It looks pretty cool though I reckon.
