  • Yeah Star Trek does it more similar to OPs post. Orbital SD networks integrated into L2 stations that also act as ready 5 fleetyards and active patrol groups. Not even Core worlds in SW had rudimentary defenses to stop a slow ass artillery strike from a planet sized canon lmao. And that's decades after the Trade Federation conducted a full invasion of the system where they could've thought "hmmm maybe we should put up some defenses around our capital world".

  • Sex Rule

  • My parents were pretty open talking about sex and positive and it. They wouldn't let us watch too violent movies as kids, but movies with nudity were ok after we were like 12. I saw Blow-up before I saw Alien haha.

I think that's a big part of why Americans treat sex as a weapon and shame it, they teach you young that it's literally less socially acceptable than murder.

Does anyone know of a "door stop" for chairs?

I wish I had space for a simchair rig but I have to use my normal chair for my driving sims. The only catch is the wheels on my chair are extremely sensitive so when I apply any pressure on my pedals I actually roll backwards haha.

I currently just use an old rolled up towel but was looking for a more permanent solution like something I can just slide behind my chair. I've checked the manufacturer of my chair (Herman Miller) don't sell lockable casters and don't recommend 3rd party parts =\

I'd almost say it's a job for a 3D printer but I don't have one either haha. Any suggestions would be great!
