  • Did you even watch the engineering explained video? Doesn't seem like it.

At 18:45 he reiterates that there ARE situations where the maximum towing load would be transferred to the hitch.

While yes, it is a rare occurrence, it's far from impossible to see 10,000lbs on the tongue when PROPERLY towing a load.

Also, comparing a brand new cyber truck to a 20 year old rusty Dodge isn't a fair comparison. If they wanted fair, they'd have used a brand new Dodge instead of trying to rig things in favor of the cyber truck.

  • Not exactly the same but 5 over ones are getting more popular to build in the US. So you could own an apartment/condo over your shop.

5 over 1: 5 stories of apartments/condos over one story of retail space.

  • I think the biggest problem I'm having with it is making virtual machines that have access to my Nas, and containerized apps as well.

Trying to setup ersatz tv and give it access to my Plex library, but it can't seem to access it.

The other thing I'd like to figure out is how to passthrough a GPU to a VM so I can output video, but that's way beyond ACL issues

  • I'd probably own a maverick if they made a plug-in hybrid version. The 2025 model finally added AWD to the 2.4L hybrid, but they also deleted 90% of the buttons on the dash in favor of a bigger touch screen. *And it's still a little too big

  • Nah, i think it looks like a kei truck mixed with a high efficiency aero EV, with the approach angle of a jeep.

    Ok maybe a little silly.

But they're filling the small truck niche that hasn't seen an entrant (in the USA) in quite some time, so I'll give them some leeway on the aesthetics.

Utah lawmakers unanimously approve German-style balcony solar

Up to 1200w can be back-fed into the 120v sockets in normal homes. No net metering or other permission required, as long as it meets UL/NEC standards.

Is there a way to post gifs? When I try to use gboards gifs it says I can't put an image in the post
