And yes, it's less open source than we can think at first sight.
The models are open source meaning you can download them and run them. But the training data and code to train the model is not. So, they stills control the model, as there is no way to replicate it.
The question is put on wrong terms. All social order is derived from violence. What make the law, the law is the menace of violence. What supports democratic institutions are the violence of police and military against who don't abide the order. So, violence is inescapable. The righ question is not if it's justified, but WHO and WHEN have the right to commit violence. When put under these terms, it's much more simpler question.

A métrica que melhor mostra a força dessa continuidade é comparar o número de prefeituras que cada partido venceu com quantas governava na véspera da eleição - e não com as vitórias obtidas em 2020. Isso porque, nos últimos quatro anos, houve muita migração partidária. Assim, comparar apenas os resultados das urnas ao de quatro anos atrás não traz um retrato fiel do desempenho dos partidos.
Por essa ótica, houve muito mais continuidade que mudança. O resultado obtido pelo PSD é ilustrativo dessa diferença. O partido elegeu 654 prefeitos em 2020, e 887 este ano, o que o fez ser visto como o grande vitorioso. Mas, na véspera do pleito, governava 1.040 municípios - logo, perdeu 153 prefeituras (14%). Já o MDB entrou na disputa com 916 prefeituras e saiu com 853, uma perda de 63 municípios. PL e Republicanos tiveram os maiores ganhos, mas menores que os obtidos em 2020. Enquanto isso, o PT tinha 265 prefeituras na véspera

Tem dois insignts muito interessantes na pesquisa:
- Ao contrário de outros países, no Brasil o contrário também é verdade. A pessoa ter baixo ressentimento e perceber que seu grupo ganhou status prevê petismo.
- Quanto ao status social, petistas, acham que todo mundo ganhou, antipetistas, acham que todo mundo, menos MST e LGBT. (Figura) Minha intuição é que antipetistas tem uma mentalidade de soma-zero enquanto petistas tem uma mentalidade ganha-ganha.
