Oh, gotcha. No idea about anything like that, but it sounds like one of those things that’s impossible to disprove. I think it’s a valid concern, but there are so many car deaths that we can’t assume every one is a murder.

If his family came forward with evidence that the car received a signal right before his death, or that it had been tampered with, or anything like that then that would be a different situation. But it doesn’t seem like they’re claiming it was a murder.

Probably not, because driving is actually dangerous while standing next to a window generally isn’t. No government shenanigans needed when car crashes are the most common cause of death for under 22s and the second most common for people 23-67.

Isn’t it incredible that “AI” is sold as a product that is ‘PhD level smart’ (lol), but if it doesn’t do the straightforward thing you asked of it then it’s your fault.

They don’t provide instructions for it because they can’t provide instructions; what works on one version might not work next week. But it’s still your fault if it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.

Mopeds are at minimum 2-3 times heavier than electric bikes, making them 2-3 times more dangerous since they have 2-3 times more force, without taking speed into account at all. Taking speed into consideration, class 1 and 2 e-bikes top out at 20 mph, while a 50cc moped (based on some preliminary searching, someone please correct me here) tops out at 30 mph, multiplying the force by 1.5x in comparison.
