  • Is there a way I can do this without docker? I just run Qbit on my regular windows computer and don't wanna delve into Docker. Would Love to share the 5k+ torrents I have on the I2p network.

  • Same lol, this is MIDV-120, Found this at 1 seed with 100 KiB/s upload speed, I think it's safe to say I single handedly revived this torrent.

  • Unfortunately, I can't always find what I'm looking for on torrent sites

    Try these sites - https://fmhy.pages.dev/non-english#downloading-descarga

    And these - https://fmhy.pages.dev/non-english#torrenting-torrentear

  • If you are a real music enthusiast then I'd recommend you to join Private Trackers for Music, REDacted (RED) and OrPheuS (OPS) are the two big ones. RED is pretty much the successor of What cd. You'd be able to find pretty much all the music you could ask for on RED/OPS and in the highest quality (FLAC). To join them, you'd have to attend their interview (text based) on their IRC. They'd ask you basic questions about music and bittorrent. You can find more information here - https://interviewfor.red/en/index.html

I'm just warning you, Do NOT, under any circumstance, visit their site while the interview is going on (i.e. while they're asking you questions), they monitor all the traffic coming on that site and if you're caught, you'd be banned from all the major private trackers forever. Don't stress it, all the information they're gonna ask is on the interview site, read it a couple of times and then queue for the interview, getting the interview is the hard part as the interviewers are voluntary members of RED so there are not many of them. Most of the interview happen on the weekends but you would need to queue in a few days ago to get a good position in the queue.

  • Their CEO's comments last year still feel disgusting and I trust them as a company far less than I trust Mullvad as a result, but the service they offer is stellar regardless.

  • Nicotine+ for a better interface of Soulseek

  • Thanks I was looking for something like this for a long time

  • Yes location and Upload Speed does come into play when a modern torrent client tries to pick which seeders to connect to. Users with very high upload speeds will obviously get more connections. This is why it's super hard for users to get Upload on private trackers like RED where a lot of users use 10-20 Gbps seedboxes. Your average 500 mbps connections has no chance against it, you'd get around 1-5% upload of the size of that torrent if you're lucky. There's also a thing where Seedboxes would pick seedboxes that are in the same data centers, racks as them and would cross-seed/leech between themselves first.

  • Microsoft Reward Points are server sided so no this won't work.

Also, MS Rewards is not worth it anymore, I've used it in the past (2021/22) when it was good, they've nerfed it into the ground now. Don't bother with it, they'll nerf it again and again until it dies out in a few years.

  • I've been using Google's Public DNS for quite a while, should I switch to Cloudflare or NextDNS after reading OP's post ?

  • You should also reach out to Fmhy's discord mods. They could make a post for you in #announcements, that way more people can see your project.

  • You could've had a ratio of 20 if you were torrenting with your port forwarded.

  • This won't work for those stuck with ancient torrent clients.

It also doesn't work with Private Trackers.

  • I don't care what happens to the Manga piracy scene, but please don't touch the Doujin scene 😭, Gooners would retaliate hard

What is the best Mihon fork for reading doujins ?

So I mostly read doujins, and love the "add to library without actually downloading the book" feature of Mihon and it's forks.

I was using Hentoid (not a Mihon fork) before this, it's a pretty good app if you have a lot of storage, because to add something in your library, you have to download it, there's no other way. It also has limited sources, though the major ones are in there.

I have used Mihon in the past for a short time, when I use to read manga and nothing else.

I'm currently using Komikku, it's great with the Material Design themes and all. But I think their may be better forks out there especifically for Doujin reading and adding them to your collection with/without downloading.

So what apps do you guys use to read doujins/Nsfw comics in general ? I'd love to get some recommendations.

Total Releases: ~5861 (No dead Torrents)

    Closing date: Unknown

Additional information: Private torrent tracker for e-learning releases.

This tracker is pretty great, ratio is easy to maintain, BON system is amazing. Releases don't have a ton of seeders but most if not all downloads finish in reasonable time. I can't say anything about the Content selection as I don't read that many books.
