Poor baby.
So I really dislike having guns in the home since I have young children. At this point I'm willing to consider it. I don't have a room for a massive gun safe and nor do I know what gun to get for home defense. What resources are out there to help me find a starting point?
Do mushrooms make you fart? Dunno but I think I lucked out with the last two frames.
Four walls. One of them has a door.
Note that I'm not an mp4 expert so this is general advice. You will have text based formats, these can generally be opened in a text editor such as notepad++, you will sometimes have combo formats like docx that are zip files with text readable contents, and then you may have what are called binary blobs.
Binary blob formats are not encoded in a readable format. To get a feel for how these are encoded you would need to study the format standard and/or use a program to represent the encoding in a way intelligible for you. This is actually a big issue for records management and if you are curious to learn more then look into LOTAR and NARA approved formats.
It was tricky to get it to snap into place cleanly and I had to jostle some of the monitor wires into place while installing. The instructions did note that this was a common challenge point and so I was prepared for moving the wires. Once installed it's good quality.
That's how the dress is staying up.
Framework 13 DIY edition. I've been quite happy so far and so has she. Configuring it was trivial and the one issue I ran into (setting up backups) was due to my not being familiar with fedora and KDE. Build quality is good, the bezel was the only part that gave me pause. She doesn't use it a ton so it's likely any minor nagging quirks will take a while to tease out.
Bought my wife a framework laptop, slapped fedora on it and have been helping her make the switch. So far so good other than Obsidian not working the same as OneNote.
Okay I'm old. WTF does this even mean?!
.most US baseball stadiums I've been to are using troughs. They are very much present in the US.
Thank you. I think seeing what you were able to do with that module helps significantly. Along with other folks feedback I've gone ahead and ordered a framework 13 for my wife. Now need to poke at fedora and see if I want her on that distro or something else I'm more comfortable supporting.
Cheers!

How dependent on framework is the repair basis?
I'm looking into a new laptop and really like what I see from framework. One point I'm concerned about is buying into a repairable system but being wholly reliant on a small relatively new player to continue providing specially modularized parts (e.g. the USB modules). Is this concern valid or is there something I'm overlooking?
Side question: has anyone had luck with PopOS on a framework?
I don't know a single American that believes what you just said. Most of us recognize this as bullshit.
Note: I'm not in a deep red state
Side question that may be relevant since this is for local collections. Does anyone have a recommended tool for ripping and tagging audio CDs (e.g. with musicbrainz support)?
At almost all jobs income tax is taken out by the employer and paid to the government before the worker sees a dime. There is no ly a little bit anyone can do by filing alternate tax witholding documents with their employer.
This is awesome! Looks like it's time to load a newVM and play! Can't wait for when it hits production ready.
She's missing a lot of the requisite PPE to be in a lab.
Yer mums over here.
Or the reddit API shenanigans.
Agreed. The experience is so easy and well integrated that it has been trivial to get my whole family on it. Being open source would be very nice though. That lack of transparency due to closed source is my only real gripe with it.
Not sure if your interest is specifically the programmable split keyboard or rather programmable in general but my Launch Heavy has this programmable layers feature. Its not split though.
