Regarding myth 4, I actually did find I had to alter my exercise to match my cycle back in the day. During my period, aerobic activities were difficult and slow, but for some reason I could lift heavier weights than normal.

Well, I know that flat faced breeds like Persians often have tear duct surgery. Dyson is a regular domestic short hair, but he has a chronically weepy left eye. The vet thinks he may have once had an infection that left it plugged with scar tissue.

I have two somewhat conflicting wants. To train for and ride a grand fondo (cycling event) in Drumheller in July, and to join a local dragon boat team for women who have had mastectomies. They conflict because July is peak dragon boat season.
