  • For those who like me didn't know the term: Sanism.

    Sanism, saneism, mentalism, or psychophobia refers to the systemic discrimination against or oppression of individuals perceived to have a mental disorder or cognitive impairment.

    • Oh thanks, I assumed it was a partial word at first.

      It's a kind of ableism I guess, but unique in that the people it affects are often less able to speak up for themselves.
