Sisyphus55 makes videos about psychology and philosophy. In this video he specifies the issue of learned helplessness is obviously not indemic to only men but I wanted to post it here because I think education surrounding learned helplessness and resilience politics is pretty gendered.

White men are pretty behind on the notion that lack of resilience is a notion of proponganda, I'm specifically learning about it late in my life after having spent decades being an annoying but functional little worker bee.
